Therapy that’s more than therapy.
The Charles Practice is an online therapeutic space where people come to explore the complexity of who they are and how they love; as individuals, as couples and within ENM relationships.
I work from a queer-affirming, LGBTQIA+ lens, offering a place where identity, desire and connection can be spoken about openly; without having to translate yourself or tone anything down.
This is therapy as conversation; a space to notice the patterns you repeat, the parts of you that stay in the shadows and the moments when something more honest is trying to surface.
Services I offer
1-1 therapy
In 1–1 therapy, we slow down and listen to the parts of you that rarely get airtime. We explore the pull between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, so you can step forward into your life more fully and more freely.
Couples/ENM
In couples and ENM therapy, we explore the patterns, unspoken tensions, and desires that shape your connections. We look at what draws you together, what pushes you apart, and the parts of yourself that remain hidden. This is a space to speak openly, to see each other clearly, and to discover the possibilities that emerge when honesty, curiosity, and courage guide the way.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision allows you to bring the questions and uncertainties that are carried in your work. It’s a place to confront the moments that unsettle you, to talk openly about risk, boundaries, and ethical challenges, and to see the patterns that shape your practice. Here, reflection meets courage, allowing you to work with clarity, presence, and care in every session.
I founded The Charles Practice as a place where people can speak freely about who they are and how they live. I’m an MBACP-accredited Psychodynamic Therapist and Supervisor, but more than that, I’m someone who believes deeply in the power of a safe, steady relationship to transform the stories we tell about ourselves.
My work is rooted in the worlds of gender, sexuality, and identity; spaces where language is still evolving and where people are too often asked to shrink or translate themselves. As a queer, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist, I hold a practice where diversity isn’t just welcomed; it’s understood, respected, and woven into the heart of the work.
